Tell us what inspired you while scoring Halston
Great director and a great story. I didn’t know any specific details about Halston’s life before being approached with this film. Learning about the subtext in his life inspired me.
Favorite film and why
Spartacus. It is a classic good guy, bad guy film. It has such a strong multi-purpose theme, much like The Godfather.
Describe the 1970s in one word
Over the top, 3 words but still works.
Something your fans would be surprised to learn about you
I’m a pretty good cook!
